How do I prepare for my treatment at Everything Beauty?
To ensure the best results, follow these pre-treatment guidelines before your appointment.
1.Avoid eating heavy meals the day of treatment
2. Do not eat within an hour before your treatment.
3.Drink 2 liters of water the day of your appointment.
4.Please refrain from consuming caffeine, alcohol, or carbonated drinks the day of treatment, and wear comfortable clothing to your appointment.
How many sessions do I need?
How many sessions you will need depends on what your goal is and how well the treatment works on you. After your first treatment we will be able to see how well it worked on you and have a better estimate of how many you will need. On average people need 3-6 sessions to achieve their desired results.
How long do results last?
Results are permanent with excercise and healthy eating. However if you are someone who doesnt eat healthy or exercise you may need to do a maintenance session occasionally to maintain results.
How many inches can I expect to loose in one Treatment?
On average people loose 2-5 inches each treatment.
How long postpartum do I need to wait before trying out body contouring?
You'll need to wait at least 6 weeks postpartum to do body contouring.
