Pre And Post Care
Pre Care

No Alcohol and Caffeine 24 hrs prior to procedure

No Aspirin or Ibuprofen 2 days prior to procedure

Avoid Sun Tanning, All Self Tanners, including Spray Tans beginning 4 weeks prior to appointment

Drink plenty of water to hydrate

Do not wear serums, toners, creams, or other products the morning of procedure

Shower the day of your procedure and gently exfoliate the area to be treated
AFTERCARE

Do not shower for 12 hours. When you do so make sure to use a fragrance free cleanser

Do not take Advil or any other anti-inflammatory 24hrs following your procedure

Avoid wearing tight clothing for 2-3 days

Recommended aftercare is Cereve OR Coconut oil (if natural option is preferred)

Avoid tanning, beach, pool, jacuzzis and direct sun exposure for no less than 30 days

Redness, Swelling, Tightness and Sunburned feeling are all normal for the first 5 days

Area will become dry, flakey and possibly a small amount of scabbing (DO NOT PICK)

Use sunscreen when treated areas are exposed to the sun
